Emma Jane Nedov has represented Australia in artistic gymnastics for over 20 years, with a World Cup gold medal on her specialty event, the balance beam, and several international medals and national titles. Already well known as Australia's 'Beam Queen', Emma’s experience with Simplr Health also enabled the re-balancing of her own hormonal profile after retiring from competition. This powerfully positions Emma, together with her laser-focused, performance-based coaching style, as an important contribution to other women dealing with similar situations as herself. Further to being an elite coach, qualified Nutritionist and ambassador for Simplr Health, Emma is also co-founder of the sporting brand – Artium Sport.
